The Global Challenge is an exciting competition for teams of young innovators aged 18-35.
Use your engineering, technical and commercial skills to develop an innovative solution to a real world problem - the increasing plastic waste in our oceans!
You can decide which of the two challenges you would like to enter.
The world has a plastic pollution problem and it's snowballing - but so is public awareness and action.
The Royal Statistical Society’s statistic of 2018 was that a staggering 90.5% of plastic has never been recycled! Each year, an estimated 18 billion pounds of plastic waste enters the world's ocean from coastal regions.

Who is eligible to take part?
